We want your experience with our staff to be seamless. When making the appointment with our telephone receptionists you will be provided incredible, caring service. When you reach our office and are greeted by the front desk you will feel at ease from the smiles on their faces.
Next, you will meet our X-ray tech and one of the nurses who will treat you with the utmost kindness and respect. After having your consultation with the doctor, if surgery is necessary, you will be introduced to one of our excellent surgical coordinators. They will be your guide through the surgery process from the beginning till the morning of your surgery.
Following surgery, our office is always here for you, with our nurses and at least one surgeon on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The nurses will handle any post-operative questions you may have regarding the dressings, medications, and any forms you may need completed.
