Dr Gologorsky is a miracle worker. I filled out the form online for a second opinion and within 15 minutes, I received a phone call from Shannon, the practice manager. A few hours later I was in the Englewood office getting a full work up, including xrays with Joe, the most amazing xray tech. Joe came to work on his day off, just for me. I felt comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked through the doors. I met with Shannon, Damaris (the most incredible Nurse Practitioner), and Dr Gologorsky. Being an RN, I knew my diagnosis wasn't great and that I needed surgery immediately. Dr Gologorsky took the time to explain my condition in detail and then we discussed options. He took his time and guided me through the entire surgical and recovery process. I went home the same day of my surgery. I had minimal pain post op and was on the road to recovery in no time. Now, 1 year later, and I'm almost completely pain free! My numbness is 100% gone as is all of the weakness I was experiencing. Dr Gologorsky healed me. Dr. Syed is truly an amazing doctor. I really appreciate Dr. Syed. I had neck pain for most of my life. At some points was extremely bad having burning, stabbing and electric shock pain. Dr.Syed got me mri and explained to me that I needed acdf c4-c7. Dr. Syed is truly very knowledgeable and patient and cares about his patients. He answered all my questions. Had the acdf surgery October 14 2024. I truly appreciate the surgery Dr Syed did for me. Because of Dr Syed I am able to use a fork in my right hand and cut with a knife for first time in years. I can also shave with my right hand again because of the surgery. The radiculopathy pain is mostly gone. If anyone needs a neurosurgeon trust me go to Dr Syed he is the best surgeon

I recently encountered Metropolitan Neurosurgeons while needing an emergency microdiscectomy. I was traveling abroad with my family and I was referred to Dr Yakov Gologorsky. He immediately suggested I fly home to handle my emergency case and made things happen fast in order to save my foot drop and maintain function of my leg and foot. Dr Gologorsky is an excellent physician and I credit him with me walking again (was in a wheelchair prior).
