Dr. Frank Moore has been reviewed and approved as a 2026 NJ Top Doc based on merit. With more than three decades of neurosurgical experience, Dr. Moore brings extensive expertise in the treatment of complex conditions affecting the brain and spine.
Dr. Moore completed his neurosurgical residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City in 1990, where he trained under Dr. Leonard Malis, a pioneer in modern neurosurgery. Throughout his career, he has performed more than 6,000 surgeries, treating patients with conditions ranging from brain tumors to complex spinal disorders.
His commitment to excellence has earned him recognition from Castle Connolly for more than a decade, as well as inclusion among New York Magazine’s Best Doctors. Dr. Moore also remains involved in medical education as an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurosurgery at Mount Sinai, where he continues to teach the next generation of neurosurgeons.
